Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
4 (15 ounce) cans of mixed vegetables
4 (16 ounces) cans of diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped ground black pepper taste salt to taste
Directions
In a large soup pot, cook ground meat over medium heat until browned.
Drain grease from the pot.
Add chopped onion, mixed vegetables, and tomatoes.
Give it a stir.
Reduce heat, and simmer for about 3 to 4 hours.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
