Salmon Shrimp Alfredo:

Here’s a delicious recipe for Salmon Shrimp Alfredo:

INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces salmon fillet, skinless
eight ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

INSTRUCTION:

Cook the Fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillet to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce the heat to low and pour the heavy cream into the skillet. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked shrimp. Stir gently to coat the seafood with the Alfredo sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat the salmon and shrimp through.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss until it is well coated with the sauce.

Serve the Salmon Shrimp Alfredo hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
